4-DAY PRO CLASS EXPERIENCE | Jan. 26-28th

Whether you are a passionate painting enthusiast or professional artist, J Louis will help you explore new opportunities in figurative art.   Taking place during Frieze Art New York week, this Pro Class will focus on painting the figure with contemporary tools and techniques. You will be guided through the fundamentals of live model photography, composition, material application, and the completion of a finished art piece. The Pro Class will conclude with a discussion on efficient studio management, marketing and business practices applicable to both the professional and aspiring artist.

Experience Information

- This Workshop is held in J’s private studio in Long Island City, NY. 

- The class will run from 10am-4pm on May 4th-th, 2019.

- All art-making materials will be provided by the artist.  Please bring a sketchbook to take notes, camera, and laptop
